ARENAL VOLCANO & HOT SPRINGS TOUR (NIGHT)
Approximate pick up time: 09:00 a.m.
If you want a "one-of-a-kind experience", this tour is a must. You will be thrilled
with the volcano’s magnificence. You may even witness an explosion of
smoke and lava from the mighty Arenal. The exuberant vegetation in the surrounding areas will make you enjoy a
relaxing scenery and the refreshing cool air of the alpine region. Bring your
bathing suit and towel to take a dip in the hot springs.

binoculars, walking shoes.

CALYPSO PACIFIC ISLAND CRUISE
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
Departure from Jacó to
Puntarenas, approximately 1 hour driving. Upon arrival in Puntarenas, you will board Calypso’s state of the
art catamaran, the Manta Raya. As she makes her way to the Gulf of Nicoya her white clad crew pampers guests with
fresh tropical fruits and drinks. Approximately 1 hour and fifteen minutes
south is the day’ palm-studded destination: Tortuga Island. The tour
includes transportation to and from Puntarenas, a sumptuous seafood buffet, and
a cruise among more that 7 islands and time for snorkeling, kayaking,
volleyball on the beach or just plain relaxing.

CARARA BIOLOGICAL RESERVE
Approximate pick up time: 6:00 am
We will explore the reserve under a canopy of giant
trees spotting monkeys and exotic birds. Then we will take a short drive to the
beach for lunch and enjoy three hours of serenity and total relaxation by the
ocean.
What to bring: Walking shoes, shorts, swimsuit, towel,
suntan lotion, insect repellent, binoculars, and camera.
HORSEBACK RIDING
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
Enjoy a variety of terrain with river crossing before entering into a forest canopy.
The property
supports a variety of wildlife including scarlet macaws & monkeys. We then
go up to a mountain vista where the 360-degree view of the ocean and
countryside is simply spectacular. It is here that we get off the horses,
stretch our legs, have refreshments and remember why we are in Costa Rica. It
is breathtaking!

KAYAK JACO OUTRIGGERS
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
It is like rafting on the ocean with 8 paddlers and a
guide in your canoe, you will glide easily past spectacular cliffs, filled with
frigate birds and pelicans, and land on secluded beaches that offer the best
snorkeling to be found on the central pacific coast. Our guides will make you
feel at ease as they point out colorful fish and show you some of the
underwater world. Then take a moment to relax and eat some fresh fruit.

MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL
Approximate pick up time: 7:30 a.m.
This park is the most popular in
Costa Rica with beautiful white sand beaches surrounded by emerald waters and
jungle. Our naturalist guide will explain the history and geography of the area
as well as help you get the most of your visit pointing out sloths, monkeys, birds
and all kind of animals.
What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, sun lotion, walking shoes, camera, and shorts.

ROMANTIC SUNSET TOUR
Approximate pick up time: 4:30 p.m
This two and a half-hour cruise will take you into the
afternoon sun as it slowly sinks into the horizon. What could be more pleasant
that laying back in a comfortable chair aboard the Breeze, sipping your
favorite natural drink and admiring the most beautiful and unique sunsets in
the world. The friendly experienced crew will make your feel comfortable and
serve exquisite drinks and snacks.

TEMPISQUE RIVER CRUISE

One of the best bird watching tours in the country, combining
the waterways of the Tempisque and Bebedero Rivers with the dry tropical
forest.

TROPICAL RIVER MANGROVE ADVENTURE
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
On the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, along the Guacalillo Estuary and
Tárcoles River and just a 2-hour drive from San José, you will
have the opportunity to see one of the largest colonies of crocodiles in Costa
Rica. A naturalist guide will take you a long a 200-meters trail on top of the
mangrove, exploring its beauty. Then board our comfortable boats for the
exciting ride along the estuary and enjoy the area, home for 250 species of
birds such as tanagers, trogons, orioles, ospreys, seabirds and shorebirds such
as cormorans, pelicans and roseate spoonbills, very common in the river
mouth.

WATTERFALLS CANOPY TOUR

Three beautiful waterfalls, the plants and animals of rare transitional jungle
combined with an exciting ride along steel cables. The platforms ranging from
ground level to 100 feet above the ground include a Tarzan swing, suspension
bridge, slide and a fully furnished (3 story) tree house in the style of
Robinson Crusoe.
At the end of this tour and starting again at ground level, is a very long cable with
an 80 feet rappel down for the truly adventurous.

BIRDWATCHING

Let one of our experienced
guides take you on a spectacular walk to see some of Costa Rica’s most
beautiful species of birds and other wildlife. Along the way to Playa El Rey,
you will have a chance to see over 60 species of low land and marine birds,
including Boat-billed harrings, Green breasted mango’s, Antwrens, and 5
species of King fishers. This is an easy walk and everyone will have a chance
to relax at playa El Rey with snacks and refreshments.

DAMAS ISLAND MANGROVE TOUR

Seat back and relax on this
informative tour as our guide explains the mangrove ecosystem and point out
wild life as sloth, crocodiles, boas, white faced monkeys and egrets. The tour
will stop at Damas Island to enjoy a “Tico” style lunch or dinner.
Specially recommended for senior citizens.

DAMAS ISLAND SEA KAYAKING

Paddle protected inland waterways, a perfect place to
learn this magical way of exploring coastal mangrove areas and seeing wildlife.
None of this trip is in open ocean and the place of this trip is according to
your abilities.
Requirements: Some experience and good physical condition.

HORSEBACK RIDING TOUR
Approximate pick up time: 7:30 a.m.
This horseback riding tour is
half day, where you will have a good opportunity to see the local countryside
and jungle. Do not forget your bathing suit to take a swim in a beautiful
waterfall on the way. For birdwatchers we recommend going in the afternoon for
a better chance to see the toucans and some other exotic birds.

MANUEL ANTONIO COASTAL PADDLE
Approximate pick up time: 7:30 a.m.
This a more challenging open
ocean paddle along one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful coastlines from
Quepos to Manuel Antonio National Park. Paddle by islands that are nesting
sites for unique coastal bird life including boobies and frigate birds. Visit
the secluded Biesanz Bay and surf kayak at Espadilla beach.
Requirements: Some experience and good physical condition.

DOLPHIN WATCH COASTAL TOUR
Approximate pick up time: 8:30 a.m.
Cruise this spectacular coastline from Quepos to the Manuel Antonio National Park in
search of dolphins, sea turtles and unique bird life including boobies and frigate-birds
which nest on islands believed to ancient Indian burial sites. The tour guide
will explain the history of the Quepoa indigenous community and the geology of
the area highlighting dramatic features such as blowholes beneath towering
cliff and formation of the National Park. The tour include a visit to the
secluded beach at Biezanz Bay for swimming and tropical snacks.

NARANJO WHITE WATER RAFTING
Approximate pick up time: 7:30 a.m.
A class III and IV half-day challenge for more experienced paddlers. The Naranjo
River drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, through a beautiful jungle
and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands and palm
plantations. Water levels can rise quickly on this river upping the difficulty
and adrenaline levels, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous.

NAUYACA WATERFALLS TOURS
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
Come with us to see the most
beautiful waterfalls in the country! Cascading 25 & 40 meters into a 8
meters deep pool which is excellent for swimming. The horseback riding tour
offers you a contact with nature and better chance of seeing wild life. Let us
take you through the beautiful countryside between Quepos and Dominical, and
then through a majestic forest and wonderful vistas of mountains of San Isidro.

RAIN MAKER
Approximate pick up time: 7:00 a.m.
Rainmaker Canopy Walk is
engineered to U.S. Standards, the six sections total 820 ft spanning from
platforms attached to massive hardwood trees and reaching to heights over 180
ft above the waterfalls, to create the most impressive Canopy Walk in Costa
Rica. The design allows minimal impact to the trees and forest below, providing
guided tours, limited to eight guests, an opportunity to explore the majesty of
the forest canopy from a birds eye view.

RANCHO CASA GRANDE WALKING TOUR

Is an excellent way to explore the plants and animals in the mountainous jungles
near Quepos. This easy walk takes you on partly shaded trails, allowing you to
explore and discover nature at a leisurely pace. During this 2 hours walk, you
will have a chance to see howler, white-faced and squire monkey’s along
with sloths and a wide diversity of birds.

RIVER WALK

This tour is a relatively comfortable walk along trails which weave trough cascading waterfalls
and lush jungle landscape guided by Nature Interpreters who share their knowledge and
enthusiasm with you along the way. Don’t forget to bring your bathing
suit and towel you will have the opportunity to swim in cool crystal clear
pools deep in the tropical rainforest.

SAVEGRE RIVER
Approximate pick up time: 7:30 a.m.
This full day adventure includes an incredible journey which takes you into a very
remote back country of the Rio Savegre for a 4 hour guided rafting trip with
class II/III/IV rapids in rafts for 6 people or in a 2 man inflatable kayaks.
There are great swimming holes
and a large variety of birds and primary jungle (egrets, toucans, osprey,
parrots, kingfishers, and cormorants). We will stop in a local village for
lunch in a restaurant with great views and a nature path.

SUNSET SAILING CRUISE

The peace and serenity of sailing these pristine
waters is an unforgettable experience and viewing the sunset from the deck
while anchored in a beautiful secluded bay is truly romantic.

tropical canopy through a series of suspension platform, which are situated
high above the forest floor. These platforms are connected by steel cables that

monkey’s, sloths and toucans.
